The Academics Executive  is responsible for managing and maintaining academic data for THF campuses, coordinating certification processes, and ensuring compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements. This role involves liaising with governmental and regulatory bodies, overseeing student enrollment and examination processes, and supporting various academic initiatives to uphold institutional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and organize training participants' data for certificate issuance, including the printing of completion and participation certificates.
  • Maintain up-to-date student records for all THF campuses, including registration IDs and academic results.
  • Coordinate with THF campuses to manage student data and address matters related to regulatory and qualification-awarding bodies (QAB) portals.
  • Track and maintain records of correspondence with government bodies and distribute information as necessary.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for coordination with government bodies such as BTE, TTBs, TEVTA, PSDA, and NAVTTC, to ensure regulatory compliance in academic operations.
  • Utilize government portals for tasks related to student enrollment, result processing, and integrated assessment, adhering to established templates and guidelines.
  • Conduct monthly visits to government offices to handle affiliation, registration, examination processing, and other licensing-related matters.
  • Manage student affiliation, registration, examination arrangements, and issue certificates upon successful completion of training programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in academic coordination, licensing, or compliance is preferred.
  • Proficiency with data management systems and government portals.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
