Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with potential vendors and contractors for solar installation services. Maintain a network of reliable professionals to meet diverse client needs.
  • Negotiation: Conduct outreach and negotiations with contractors to secure competitive rates for solar installations. Ensure that the agreed-upon rates align with our company's pricing strategies and quality standards.
  • Coordination: Schedule and coordinate installations between contractors and clients, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned throughout the process. Address any scheduling conflicts or issues that arise promptly.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate contractor performance to ensure installations meet our company’s quality standards. Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies reported by clients.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the installation and after-sales phases. Provide timely updates, address concerns, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the installation process.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of vendor/contractor agreements, rates, and installation schedules. Prepare and submit regular reports on Installs on weekly and Monthly basis.
  • Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from clients and vendors to identify areas for improvement in the after-sales process. Propose and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in communication, management or a similar role, preferably in the solar.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms and rates.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications:

  •     Experience with solar energy systems and installation processes.
  •     Knowledge of the local market and vendor landscape in the solar industry.
  •     Familiarity with contract management and service level agreements (SLAs).
