Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and prospects through various channels, including networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify target demographics and market trends, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Showcase properties to prospective buyers, providing detailed information about features, amenities, pricing, and financing options.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other industry professionals to facilitate sales transactions.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and terms with buyers, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement for all parties involved.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to create effective sales collateral, promotional materials, and advertising campaigns.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activity, including leads, prospects, and transactions, using CRM software or other tools.
  • Stay informed about changes in real estate laws, regulations, and market conditions, and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the real estate industry, preferably with a real estate development company.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, trends, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals in a competitive market.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools for lead management and pipeline tracking.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field (preferred).
