We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive support to the Country Sales Head. The PA will be responsible for managing the Sales Head's schedule, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, and assisting with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Country Sales Head's calendar and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication for the Sales Head.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents on behalf of the Sales Head.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation, and preparing travel itineraries.
  • Attend meetings with the Sales Head as needed, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of sales-related materials, such as proposals, contracts, and sales reports.
  • Conduct research and gather information as requested by the Sales Head.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with other members of the sales team and provide support as needed.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in a sales or corporate environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to take on new challenges
