Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of campaigns across digital, traditional, and experiential channels.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and manage the marketing team, providing direction, support, and mentorship.
  • Foster a creative, high-performing, and collaborative work environment.

Brand Management:

  • Develop and manage the company’s brand identity to ensure consistency across all platforms.
  • Oversee content creation, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.

Digital Marketing:

  • Lead the digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Drive the optimization of digital channels to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.

Market Research & Analytics:

  • Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities and competitive landscape.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, making adjustments based on data insights.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership and other departments to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Budget Management:

  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources across various marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
  • Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEM, SEO, social media tools).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
