We are Customer Service Officer will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and customers, ensuring their queries, complaints, and requests are addressed promptly and professionally. The role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Interaction:

    • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, or social media channels.
    • Provide accurate and detailed information about products, services, and company policies.
    • Resolve customer complaints efficiently, escalating issues when necessary.
  2. Problem-Solving and Support:

    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to orders, payments, and product use.
    • Liaise with other departments to address complex customer concerns.
    • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
  3. Customer Retention and Satisfaction:

    • Build strong customer relationships by providing excellent service.
    • Monitor customer satisfaction and gather feedback to improve service quality.
  4. Documentation and Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and resolutions.
    • Prepare periodic reports on customer feedback, recurring issues, and resolution efficiency.
  5. Team Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve service processes.
    • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on company policies and product offerings.

Qualifications and Skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years in customer service or a similar role.
  • Experience in handling international clients is a plus.
