The Admin Officer will oversee the daily operations of the company mess and residential facilities, ensuring smooth management, compliance with company standards, and high levels of satisfaction for employees. This role involves managing housekeeping, food service quality, facility maintenance, and addressing employee concerns related to accommodation and mess services.

Key Responsibilities:

Mess Management:

  • Supervise daily operations of the mess to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and quality of meals.
  • Coordinate with mess staff to maintain food standards, meal schedules, and stock levels.
  • Manage budget and inventory for the mess, ensuring efficient cost control.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the kitchen and dining area to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and safety.

Residential Facilities Management:

  • Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of company-provided accommodations, ensuring all areas are clean, safe, and meet employee requirements.
  • Manage housekeeping schedules and coordinate with cleaning staff for routine and deep cleaning.
  • Handle maintenance requests for residential facilities promptly, coordinating with vendors and technicians as needed.
  • Conduct periodic inspections of residential units and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Employee Support:

  • Address resident complaints and feedback promptly, ensuring quick resolution of issues related to accommodation and mess.
  • Ensure new employees are comfortably settled in the accommodation facilities and provide orientation on facilities and mess services.
  • Coordinate with HR and other departments for the smooth onboarding and relocation process.

Compliance & Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations in all areas.
  • Prepare monthly reports on expenses, inventory, maintenance activities, and resident feedback.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance service quality.
