Sales Executive

The Global Movers is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This role requires a proactive individual with proven expertise in customer relationship management, sales forecasting, and market research. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive revenue growth. The candidate will manage a team of three persons, providing guidance and leadership to achieve sales targets effectively.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company goals and increase market share.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through detailed market research and customer insights.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure sustained sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Lead and manage a team of three sales representatives, setting clear objectives and providing coaching to maximize individual and team productivity.

Utilize sales forecasting techniques to predict future sales trends, allowing for effective inventory and resource planning.

Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals and customer needs.

Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to adapt sales tactics and maintain competitive advantage.

Prepare detailed sales reports and presentations for senior management to track progress against targets.

Maintain thorough knowledge of company products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.

Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.
