The ideal candidate will be holistically responsible for all the marketing aspects of the company including social media marketing as well as offline marketing. The resource should be able to develop and work according to a solid marketing plan.

Responsibilities
  • Identify target audiences, objectives, and desired outcomes of a marketing campaign.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategy, and evaluate the need to readjust the strategy as per market environment.
  • Develop and run content for marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends.
  • Manage and allocate the budget correctly.
  • Focus both on short-term marketing goals (sales and brand awareness) and long-term marketing goals (brand building and creating the marketing funnel).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
  • 2 - 3 years of relevant experience working in a b2c or d2c business.
  • Strong analytical, communication, time-management, and creativity skills.
  • Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative.
  • Experience with social media.
