We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Applicants to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling multiple Facebook accounts and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. As a Social Media Executive, you will also be required to make outbound calls or transfer to Supervisors, update customer records, and escalate customer issues to the appropriate department.
Responsibilities
- Make and maintain Facebook Profiles as required
- Daily postings in Facebook groups
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
- Follow up on customer issues and ensure that they are resolved in a timely manner
- Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Facebook & Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required
