We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a passion for social media and a track record of developing engaging content that resonates with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversion rates across various platforms.
  • Create and curate high-quality, compelling content for social media channels, including written posts, images, videos, and interactive media.
  • Monitor social media trends, conversations, and user feedback to identify opportunities and insights for optimizing our social media presence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with marketing campaigns, product launches, and events.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Analyze key metrics and performance data to assess the effectiveness of social media initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing and incorporate innovative strategies into our campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns and measurable results.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising features, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to craft engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in social media analytics tools to track and interpret performance metrics.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and adapt strategies to evolving trends and audience preferences.
  • Proactive problem-solver with the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience with graphic design, video editing, or other multimedia skills is a plus.
