As an HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and improving all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and professional development. You will work closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with the company’s strategic goals while ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage job postings, and oversee the interview and hiring process.
  • Onboarding and Orientation: Design and implement onboarding programs to ensure new hires are set up for success.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, mediate disputes, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal processes, provide guidance to managers, and develop strategies to enhance employee performance and engagement.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs, create learning opportunities, and support employee professional growth.
  • HR Policy and Compliance: Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in alignment with labor laws and best practices.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Manage payroll, and benefits administration, and ensure competitive compensation structures.
  • Culture and Engagement: Promote a positive workplace culture, organize team-building activities, and support diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in human resources.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability.
