This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Executive at The Digi Tech Resource Group, LLC in Pakistan. Responsibilities include human resources management, employee relations, recruitment, training, and development. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the HR Manager to implement HR policies and support overall HR functions
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and recruit top technical talent, collaborating with hiring managers to ensure alignment on role requirements.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates through networking and stay updated on industry trends.
- Manage onboarding/offboarding, ensure smooth payroll and benefits administration, and uphold HR compliance.
- Maintain employee records, support performance evaluations, and foster positive employee relations.
Skills & Qualifications:
- HR Management, Employee Relations, and Recruitment skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Bachelor’s degree (Human Resources Degree is a plus)
- 2 years minimum relevant experience
- Females are encouraged to apply
- Location: Lahore, Pakistan
- Salary: PKR 60K-65K/month
- Onsite role (no remote work)
- Shift Timings: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
