Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer sales representative located in Lahore.
- The Customer sales representative will be responsible for providing quality customer support and service to our clients.
- Day-to-day tasks include answering phone calls, responding to emails, addressing customer inquiries or issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Customer Service or a related field.
- Strong customer satisfaction and customer support skills.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Customer Service or a related field.
Salary: 40k-60k +Commission
