Shopify Developer

We seek an experienced Shopify Developer for a contract/project-based role to develop and customize our Shopify store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Shopify development, including both store customization and custom app development, and will be responsible for building a high-quality, fully functional eCommerce site tailored to our needs. This role is expected to be full-time during the project duration, with the option for hybrid work based in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and customize the Shopify store, implementing custom features such as advanced filters, search functionality, and optimized cart flows.
Design and maintain the website to ensure performance optimization, mobile responsiveness, and SEO readiness.
Develop custom Shopify apps as needed to extend the store’s functionality.
Integrate third-party apps, payment gateways, and other required plugins.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during development and post-launch.
Collaborate closely with marketing and design teams to align with brand strategy and business goals.
Provide post-launch support for bug fixes and updates, ensuring the store continues to function smoothly.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in Shopify development, eCommerce design, and website maintenance.
Proficiency in Shopify’s Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with custom app development and integrating third-party apps and plugins.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Previous experience working in the fashion industry is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
