Responsibilities:

You will play a crucial role in creating a positive and professional first impression for clients, visitors, and colleagues. Your primary responsibilities include managing the front desk, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.

Job Description:

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and agents in a warm and professional manner.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Assist clients with general inquiries and provide information about Project and direct to available Sales representative.
  • Manage office supplies, including ordering and restocking as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain and update Visitors record lists.
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to support various office operations.
  • Petty Cash handling.
  • Any other responsibility assigned by the management.

Qualifications: Intermediate and above.

Experience: 1 to 2 Years. Fresh Graduates having bachelor's degrees are encouraged to apply.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  •  Proficient in using office equipment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
