We are looking for a skilled HR Executive to join our team.
The HR Executive is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role involves managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations. The HR Executive ensures the company employs the right balance of staff in terms of skills and experience and that employees have opportunities to enhance their performance and achieve the company’s goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and align staffing strategies.
- Serve as a primary contact for employee inquiries and issues, ensuring effective resolution.
- Promote a positive work environment and culture.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Design and implement HR programs and initiatives that support business objectives.
