We are seeking a passionate and experienced Manager – Alumni Pathways [Sindh] to lead and drive the scholarships of TCF alumni at the intermediate and tertiary levels, ensuring successful admissions and degree completions in the Sindh region. This role also involves fostering the holistic growth and development of our alumni community. The ideal candidate will be committed to the importance of learning, personality development, and individual growth as key components for achieving success and fulfillment in both career and life. The candidate should excel in balancing research, design, implementation, and advocacy.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with TCF alumni in Sindh region to promote our scholarship programs and educational opportunities.
  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of outreach initiatives to raise awareness about our scholarship programs, targeting eligible students and their families.
  • Research, identify, and form partnerships with academic institutions, expanding scholarship options and pathways for our alumni.
  • Manage a team of outreach coordinators and support staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance oversight.
  • Develop and implement innovative interventions and programs that promote the holistic development of our alumni, focusing on areas such as personality development, growth mindset, values entrenchment, and life skills.
  • Provide socio-emotional counseling and create meaningful experiences for alumni, supporting their emotional well-being, personal growth, and overall happiness.
  • Establish and lead an alumni community with chapters or representation in TCF schools, colleges, and universities, fostering a sense of belonging, connection, and mutual support among alumni.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a team of coaches and counselors, equipping them with the necessary skills and resources to support the personal and professional growth of our alumni.
  • Oversee the success of alumni who have received TCF scholarships across different programs, ensuring they have the necessary support, community, and resources to overcome their contextual challenges.
  • Serve as a role model for alumni and the alumni community, exemplifying the values, principles, and achievements that inspire and motivate alumni in their own journeys.
  • Identify and nurture future alumni leaders, providing them with opportunities for leadership development and creating pathways for their involvement in organizational decision-making.

  • Proven expertise in relationship management, building and nurturing partnerships with educational institutions and stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, executing, and monitoring effectively.
  • Effective stakeholder management abilities to foster collaboration and support.
  • Public speaking and communication skills to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
  • Passion for education and empowering individuals through scholarship opportunities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, focusing on data-driven decision-making for outreach improvements.
  • Leadership and team development skills, inspiring and motivating a diverse team.
  • Understanding of mentorship and guidance networks, with the ability to create and nurture them.
  • Experience in providing socio-emotional counseling and designing impactful personal and professional growth experiences.
  • Vision and strategic thinking to turn ideas into plans and implementation.
  • Sindhi language proficiency and awareness of areas within Sindh would be a plus
