Responsibilities

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and project requirements.
Collaborate with suppliers and production teams to select appropriate materials and ensure design feasibility.
Conduct hands-on testing of fabric designs for color accuracy, texture, and performance.
Adapt and revise designs based on feedback and emerging trends.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, innovations, and sustainable practices.
Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and samples for development and production.
Present new designs and ideas clearly to stakeholders and incorporate input effectively.
