This role requires a blend of creativity, sales expertise, and project management skills to deliver exceptional event experiences. You manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring schedules, venues, and vendor negotiations are handled efficiently. Though you do not manage a team, you collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments to bring events to life and foster long-term client loyalty through outstanding service and attention to detail.
Responsibilities

Engage with clients to fully understand their event vision and requirements.
Design and develop inspiring dcor concepts and detailed mood boards tailored to client preferences.
Guide clients through various design options, offering expert advice and ensuring alignment with their vision.
Prepare clear and accurate event quotations and manage the sales process to close deals effectively.
Coordinate with internal teams such as catering, logistics, and production to ensure smooth communication and execution.
Source and manage venues, ensuring suitability for the event and handling all related logistics.
Negotiate with vendors to secure quality services and favorable terms within budget constraints.
Maintain excellent client relationships before, during, and after events to build trust and encourage repeat business.
Manage event project timelines to ensure milestones and deadlines are met efficiently.
Oversee the flawless execution of events on the day, resolving any issues promptly to guarantee client satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records and documentation of client interactions, event plans, and vendor agreements.
Continuously update personal knowledge of industry trends and best practices in event planning and customer experience design.
