We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Assistant Branch Manager to support the Branch Manager in ensuring the seamless execution of daily operations. The ideal candidate will supervise staff, monitor branch performance, and help achieve operational goals while maintaining high food safety and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Branch Manager and efficiently execute assigned tasks within given timelines.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, compliance with food safety, and adherence to quality standards.
- Supervise and guide staff, assign responsibilities, and ensure effective completion of all operational tasks.
- Facilitate smooth branch operations by focusing on deadlines, productivity, and operational compliance.
- Maintain a strong understanding of food safety regulations and industry standards to uphold company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in food sciences, Food Technology, Business Administration (BBA/MBA), Hotel Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the food industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with a results-oriented mindset.
