Job Summary / Major Responsibilities

  • Business development of BOP @ Work along with alignment of overall product offering with the strategy.
  • Identifying new market segments. 
  • To execute BOP @ Work products acquisition in order to expand the Bank’s deposit customer base, targeting across business segments. Add new clients, enhance pipeline processes, and improve cross-sell and effective tail management to achieve greater productivity and market share.
  • To ensure seamless customer onboarding of clients in coordination with business verticals ensuring delivery of highest customer satisfaction levels. 
  • To implement sales plans and strategies, related to new acquisition and organic growth with the help of regional teams in respective regions.
  • Periodic review of clients to ensure commercial interest of the bank.
  • Active management of the entire client relationship to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
  • Formulate solution structure for clients based on their needs and encompassing BOP @ Work products 
  • Pricing and procedural structuring of the deals and approval of the same from Head BOP @ Work.
  • Co-ordinate within function and with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of mandates.
  • To assist Product Development with new product opportunities and market scan.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from HEC recognized University/ Foreign University.

Age: Up to 55 Years as of July 14, 2023.

Experience: Minimum 7 years of banking experience. Preference shall be given to candidates having more than 3 years of relevant experience with good understanding of products and related processes
