Job Summary:

  • Oversee and lead complete management of Learning & Development Centre Operations including management of departmental budget formulation, execution, monitoring, analysis, Vendor Selection/Management and MIS reporting activities. 
  • Ensure strong collaboration with the Planning & Reporting and Instructional Design Units in order to manage the training affordability and accuracy (including managing the technical aspects in the system)
  • Approve/Confirm that proposed obligations or expenditure for training, facility supplies and equipment expenses, as well as those pertaining to personnel, are in accordance with the Financial Regulations & Rules.
  • Ensures that accurate and complete accounting, reporting and internal control systems are functioning and that all relevant records are maintained.
  • Define requirements and work with L&D Units with respect to production of relevant financial reports with extra ordinary attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Monitor budget implementation and determine/recommend reallocation of funds when necessary.
  • Monitor expenditures to ensure that they remain within authorized levels.
  • Review all requisitions for Trainings and Services to ensure correct objects of expenditure are charged, ensures availability of funds.
  • Prepare relevant documentation with respect to budget submissions.
  • Review and make appropriate recommendations with respect to the finalization of budget performance reports, analyzing variances between approved budgets and actual expenditures with extra ordinary attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Maximize compliance of approved policies/procedures/guidelines/SBP regulations.

General Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from HEC recognized institution but management Sciences with majors in Business Administration/Finance/Accounting and certifications in IT MIS will be preferred.

Experience: Minimum 05 years of relevant experience including 04 years in a similar role.

Age: Up to 55 Years as of February 28, 2022.
