Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand identity and market positioning.
  • Formulate and execute marketing plans in alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Collaborate effectively with business teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of brand strategies with organizational goals.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Services team to oversee the proper execution of both above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) marketing campaigns.
  • Spearhead the launch and management of social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Take charge of internal and external communication initiatives, ensuring consistency and clarity in messaging across all channels.
  • Drive the creation of diverse content types, including internal and external messages, articles, videos, infographics, and social media content, to support brand initiatives and engage target audiences effectively.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, from a HEC recognized University/ Foreign University.

Age: Upto 55 Years as of November 24, 2024.

Experience: Minimum 9 years of experience of managing strategy teams and strategic initiatives
