Job Summary / Major Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities include overall management development/customization and integration in Core Banking System (CBS), planning and execution of development strategy, incident handling, and change management in close coordination with business, operations, control/compliance, audit functions, CBS Delivery team, and the respective vendor;
  • Similarly, the support of Islamic Core Banking products and functionality;
  • Design, implement, and improve software development process/standards in compliance with FLEXCUBE extensibility framework for efficient service delivery;
  • Establish and enable integration platform comprising of services developed for integration of the external system with core banking system.
  • Establishing team and structure to manage functional areas related to core banking services; Retail, Corporate/Wholesale, Consumer;
  • Evaluating, Planning, and executing functional and technical upgrades to make customization & integrations fully compatible and stable to run the business;
  • Provisioning and maintenance of environments for Quality Assurance testing and UAT against Patch(s)/Releases;
  • Preparing MIS of Incidents and Change Requests for tracking/monitoring and management reporting
  • Managing/Negotiating and Following for effort/cost estimation on change requests and coordination with relevant functions for financial approvals
  • E2E is responsible for application system deployment, SIT, UAT, Production rollout, etc.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.

Experience: Minimum 07 years of Banking/Non-Banking experience with 03 years in a similar role.

Age: Upto 55 Years as of February 07, 2025.
