Prerequisites:

Working knowledge of professional writing techniques, negotiation, and business communication through call & emails.
Strong email copywriting and phone communication skills for business outreach, with attention to detail and tone.
Ability to communicate effectively, clearly, and professionally with suppliers and customers, both via email and phone.
Proficiency in using email platforms and tools for outreach and communication tracking.
Proven ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently through both email and phone communication.

Responsibilities:

Contact, negotiate, and communicate with companies via both email and phone to secure favorable terms.
Address customer inquiries or complaints through both email and phone, ensuring clear, timely, and professional responses in both formats.
Write persuasive, clear & concise email copy for business communication and outreach.
Ensure both email and phone communications align with the company’s tone, objectives, and professional standards.
Manage and properly maintain communication channels with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
Regularly track all incoming emails and phone communications, ensuring timely responses, follow-ups, and proper documentation.
Support the development of email marketing campaigns and outreach strategies, including conducting phone outreach as necessary to complement email efforts.
