Senior Content Writer

The Senior Content Writer will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging, and informative content that aligns with 360 Technologies' business goals and resonates with our target audience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical writing background and be able to craft compelling content across a variety of platforms, including websites, blogs, case studies, product descriptions, and marketing materials. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to ensure all content aligns with our strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, write, and edit clear, concise, and engaging content for multiple platforms, including website copy, blog posts, social media, whitepapers, case studies, and email campaigns.
Translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable content for non-technical audiences.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) within the company to produce authoritative and informative content on IT services and technology trends.
Optimize content for SEO, ensuring all digital content is aligned with best practices for search engine visibility.
Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all content projects.
Conduct research on industry-related topics, current trends, and competitor strategies to produce original, relevant content.
Edit and proofread content for accuracy, clarity, consistency, and proper grammar.
Work with cross-functional teams to align content with product launches, marketing initiatives, and company goals.
Analyze content performance using analytics tools and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) as a content writer, technical writer, or similar role.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to write in various tones and styles to cater to different audiences.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization strategies.
Excellent research and analytical skills to produce accurate, data-driven content.
Familiarity with IT services, software development, and related technologies is highly desirable.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Job Timing:

Night Shift (8 PM to 5 AM)
