QuickBooks / Bookkeeping Expert

We are a USA-based company, and we need an international accountant. We are looking for a skilled QuickBooks and Bookkeeping Expert to join our team during the night shift. The ideal candidate will manage financial records, prepare reports, and ensure smooth day-to-day bookkeeping operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update QuickBooks for all financial transactions.
Manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
Prepare monthly financial reports, including profit/loss statements and balance sheets.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate records.
Could you help prepare budgets and forecasts?
Provide support for audits and compliance tasks.
Please make sure invoicing and payments are timely.

Qualifications and Skills:

3-5 years of hands-on experience in bookkeeping and QuickBooks.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
Ability to work independently during night hours.
