We are seeking a skilled call center professional to join our dynamic team. As the voice of our company, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with their inquiries, concerns, and purchasing needs. Your responsibilities will include managing a high volume of outbound chats while providing exceptional customer service to enhance overall client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of outbound chats to clients
- Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Assist with purchasing processes and offer insights to improve customer experience
- Strive to enhance client satisfaction through excellent service delivery
*Qualifications:*
- Proven customer service and support skills
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for assisting customers and improving their experience
- Ability to adapt quickly and memorize scripts
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus
Position Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Timings: 5PM to 5AM
