Texas Lab Technologies is looking for a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer & UI/UX Developer with at least eight years of professional experience in graphic design and user interface development. This full-time remote role requires an expert-level proficiency in Figma and a strong command of Adobe Creative Suite tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Lightroom. The successful candidate will create visually compelling graphics and design engaging, user-friendly digital interfaces for various web applications, websites, and platforms.
As a key member of the creative team, the Senior Graphic Designer & UI/UX Developer will collaborate closely with development and marketing departments to produce innovative and responsive designs that enhance brand identity and improve overall user engagement. The role demands a creative professional who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of delivering high-quality visual and interactive design work aligned with modern web standards and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality visual content using Adobe Creative Suite tools, ensuring brand consistency across all digital assets.
- Create intuitive and engaging user interface designs that deliver seamless and aesthetically pleasing user experiences for websites and web applications.
- Utilize Figma to build wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design systems that facilitate clear communication of design concepts.
- Produce responsive design solutions that adapt smoothly across different devices and screen sizes, improving accessibility and usability.
- Work collaboratively with developers and marketing teams to integrate design elements into digital platforms, ensuring functionality and visual appeal.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs to better meet user needs and improve engagement metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance design quality and efficiency.
- Manage project timelines effectively to deliver design assets on schedule while maintaining high standards of creativity and quality.
- Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation and guidelines to support consistency and ease of use across projects.
- Translate complex concepts and business requirements into simple, innovative, and effective visual and user interface designs.
