Texas Lab Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Executive to oversee and manage the entire recruitment process for our expanding international operations. This role requires sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified professionals across a variety of departments such as Sales, Marketing, Content, Procurement, Operations, Administration, Customer Support, and Technical teams. The successful candidate will contribute to building a strong talent pipeline, ensuring that the company attracts and retains top talent to support its growth objectives. The Recruitment Executive manages the end-to-end recruitment cycle, working independently in a remote environment while handling multiple vacancies simultaneously. This position demands strong communication and organizational skills, with proficiency in major job portals and sourcing platforms. The role includes posting job advertisements, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, verifying candidate credentials, and maintaining recruitment records and KPIs for effective reporting. Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job posting to candidate onboarding across multiple departments.
Prepare and publish compelling job advertisements on various international and local recruitment platforms to attract qualified candidates.
Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media networks, referrals, and professional contacts.
Screen resumes and applications thoroughly to identify and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate suitability and fit for the roles.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with department managers and hiring teams to facilitate effective selection processes.
Verify candidate qualifications, employment history, and references to ensure authenticity and compatibility.
Draft offer letters and assist candidates with onboarding documentation to streamline their integration.
Maintain and update a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring needs efficiently.
Manage recruitment activities and monitor job advertisement performance on platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri.com, Rozee.pk, Glassdoor, Bayt, GulfTalent, CV-Library, Reed, and Totaljobs.
Continuously optimize job postings and sourcing strategies to improve candidate quality and quantity.
Maintain accurate and confidential recruitment databases, applicant tracking, and hiring records in line with company policies.
Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports and track key performance indicators including time-to-fill and offer acceptance rates.
Support HR administration tasks related to recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
Ensure confidentiality and data protection of all candidate and company information throughout the recruitment process.
