The selected candidate will manage the companys international sourcing operations on popular B2B platforms such as Alibaba, 1688, and Made-in-China. Responsibilities include identifying reliable OEM/ODM manufacturing partners, negotiating pricing and commercial terms, and overseeing procurement to meet company standards and deadlines. This role does not involve team management but demands exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work independently while juggling multiple tasks. The position requires a minimum of five years of relevant experience in procurement, vendor management, or sourcing within China-related markets. The candidate must be a strategic thinker with a high level of professionalism and the ability to navigate complex supplier networks efficiently.
Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end vendor management processes for Chinese suppliers and service providers.
  • Communicate effectively in Mandarin and English to negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms.
  • Identify and evaluate OEM/ODM manufacturers and sourcing partners through B2B platforms and industry networks.
  • Coordinate and oversee international shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Chinese suppliers, freight forwarders, and business service providers.
  • Assist in administrative and operational matters related to company setup and business development in China.
  • Manage procurement activities including order placement, follow-up, and quality control in collaboration with suppliers.
  • Conduct market research to source new suppliers and improve cost efficiency and product quality.
  • Monitor supplier performance and compliance with company standards and contractual obligations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand sourcing requirements and align procurement strategies.
  • Negotiate favorable terms with vendors to optimize costs and service levels.
  • Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities, contracts, and communications for reporting and audit purposes.
  • Work remotely while ensuring consistent communication and alignment with Texas Lab Technologies business goals.
