As WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites for our clients. You will work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality websites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins based on project requirements.
- Customize and maintain existing WordPress websites.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services into WordPress websites.
- Optimize website performance, speed, and security.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to deliver projects on time.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to WordPress.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in WordPress development.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in WordPress development.
- Strong knowledge of WordPress core, themes, and plugin development.
- Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Experience with WordPress builders like Elementor, Divi, or WPBakery.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
- Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for WordPress sites.
- Experience with WooCommerce and e-commerce integration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Key Skills:
- WordPress theme and plugin development
- PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- API integrations
- Performance optimization and security
- WooCommerce experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) is a plus
