Telesales Representative

Mars BPO is seeking motivated and energetic Customer Sales Representatives to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have a strong sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and at least one year of relevant experience. This role focuses on making outbound calls to potential customers, converting leads into sales, and directly contributing to the company’s growth. Candidates should be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and be committed to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales opportunities.
- Address customer queries promptly and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets set by management.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the company’s system.

Required Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Strong spoken and listening skills in English.
- Basic computer skills to efficiently use sales and customer management software.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Good problem-solving skills and strong interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with customers.

The position requires availability from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM to align with outbound sales operations. This is an on-site role based at the company’s office located on the 2nd Floor, Shafi Court, Club Road, Merewether Road, near Avari Towers, Civil Lines, Karachi.
