KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Inbound calls from customers answering questions or addressing any concerns they may have.
  • Outbound calls/Cold Calling to identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories.
  • Ability to operate different social media platforms to engage customers.
  • Strong knowledge about the company’s products & it’s features and upgrade his/herself for upcoming products.
  • Suggest alternatives if required items is not available for the moment.
  • Always focus on sales targets & discuss it within the team to ice-breaking.
  • Providing helpful solutions to customer’s queries.
  • Maintain customer list in order to introduce new products.
  • Inform customers about the company’s terms & conditions and delivery process.
  • Reply all customer's queries regarding after-sales service.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on customer feedback, and other key performance indicators to senior management. 

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree; relevant training/certifications are a plus.
  • Must have 3-5 years of outbound calls experience.
  • Proven experience in sales roles preferably in a remote setting.
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior and communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate within a team.
  • Proficiency in digital communication tools (e.g., video conferencing, collaboration platforms).

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Result-oriented and able to prioritize tasks. Have time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, particularly in a virtual environment.
  • Effective communication in Urdu is a must. Efficiency in the English language is an added advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of market trends and upcoming events.

Working Conditions:

  • Fully remote position, requiring regular virtual meetings and check-ins with on-site teams.
  • May require flexibility in hours to accommodate different time zones.

·         Team Leader(s) and in some cases Director.
