We are seeking a dedicated, full-time E-commerce Assistant to manage our online presence on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and other platforms. As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality product listings, driving sales, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create, edit, and publish product listings on Amazon, eBay, and Etsy
• Develop and manage product attributes to optimize online listings
• Conduct competitive research to identify industry trends and promotional strategies
• Manage and optimize e-commerce store performance on platforms like AliExpress and Amazon
• Regularly explore new marketplaces for product launch and business expansion
• Maintain exceptional command of the English language for listing creation and customer communication
• Edit images, pictures, and videos for product listings
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide outstanding customer service
Skills and Qualifications:
• Proficient in Excel (pivot/vlookup)
• Above-average English language proficiency
• Honest and ethical work practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent organization and reliability
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Persuasive, patient, and friendly demeanor
• Experience with Amazon PPC campaigns is a plus
• Knowledge of keyword research and optimization
• Comprehensive account and inventory management skills
• Familiarity with FBA shipment and forecasting
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field
Other Requirements:
• Understanding of the e-commerce industry
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop
• Self-motivation and leadership qualities
