We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development & Pre-sales Executive to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough market research to identify and qualify potential leads within the target market.
Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to generate new business leads.
Prepare compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate Techsys.AI's PVT LTD value proposition and solutions.
Partner with the technical team to understand client requirements and craft tailored solutions.
Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to proposal submission and negotiation.
Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Techsys.AI’s PVT LTD services and competitive landscape.
Track and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
Contribute to the development and execution of the overall sales plan.
Follow up customers calls handle customers concerns inquires manage Accounts
Visiting clients and customers , calling, texting and performing verbal non verbal communication through out the entire sales cycles to effective close deals
Qualifications:
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in business development or a related field (IT, software development, digital marketing preferred).
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
Strong understanding of the IT services industry and current market trends.
Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with clients at all levels.
Proficient in CRM software and comfortable using sales automation tools.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
