We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Call Center agents to join our dynamic team. As a Telemarketing Representative, you will be responsible for generating business leads through cold calls, customer communication & providing information about our services. You will also be responsible for customer communication, logging calls details and activities, and properly categorizing each lead.
Responsibilities:

Generate leads through cold calling, outbound calling, and lead generation

Qualify leads and determine if they are a good fit for our products or services

Set appointments for sales representatives to follow up with qualified leads
-
Log call details and activities, including lead information, call outcomes, and next steps
-
Properly categorize each lead based on their potential value and interest

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities

Stay up-to-date on company products and services

Participate in sales training and development opportunities
Requirements :

Proficient in English Communication (American Accent)

IGCSE or A Level/ High school diploma (English Medium) or equivalent

1-2 years of experience in call centers/ telemarketing or sales

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong verbal and written skills
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Doc/ Sheet etc..

Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
