As a Trainee Engineer, you will be responsible for performing a range of duties across multiple departments, including Marketing, Planning, Production, Quality, and Logistics. Your primary job responsibilities may include:
- Assisting your supervisor in the assigned department with day-to-day operations.
- Learning and understanding the company's processes, policies, and procedures.
- Supporting your supervisor in the coordination of tasks and projects.
- Conducting job analysis to identify areas of improvement and suggest solutions.
- Assisting with the management and maintenance of departmental documentation, records, and databases.
- Participating in meetings and training sessions to enhance your understanding of the department's functions and operations.
- Assisting in data analysis and preparing reports as necessary.
- Participating in other duties and tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
- Overall, the primary focus of your job as a Trainee Engineer is to learn and support the departmental operations while gaining hands-on experience in a professional work environment
