Sales and Marketing Executive

Techorse is seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role is critical in driving our sales efforts and enhancing our market presence. The Sales and Marketing Executive directly contributes to sales targets through effective lead generation, customer relationship management, and innovative digital marketing strategies. While fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience in sales or marketing will find themselves best suited for this position. The role requires a proactive approach to conducting outbound calls and engaging with clients to promote our products, making strong communication and negotiation skills essential. This position does not involve team management, allowing the selected candidate to focus on developing their skills in a supportive environment and driving personal and company success.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to meet or exceed defined targets and objectives.
Conduct outbound calls and organize outdoor visits to promote products and acquire new clients effectively.
Establish and nurture strong customer relationships to maintain client loyalty and satisfaction.
Collaborate in brainstorming and executing engaging marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
Gather and analyze data on market trends to inform strategic planning for future campaigns and sales initiatives.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM software, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales performance, market analysis, and campaign effectiveness to stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in sales and marketing, including digital marketing tools and strategies.
Provide exceptional service and support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance professional skills and certifications in digital marketing and CRM tools.
