Social Media Manager

In this role, you will merge creative strategy with high-leverage AI tools and automation to drive multi-brand ecosystems toward high growth.

The ideal candidate is an "AI-First" marketer with 2 to 4 years of agency experience who seamlessly leverages generative AI, automation, and data analytics. You will be responsible for accelerating content production, engineering viral hooks, executing paid campaigns, and leading strategic client relationships. If you are passionate about the intersection of artificial intelligence and modern digital marketing, this role is built for you.

Responsibilities

Lead Client Collaboration: Drive strategic ideation calls, present comprehensive performance decks, and ensure complete alignment with the client's overarching brand vision.
Execute AI-Driven Strategy: Utilize advanced generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Canva) to streamline and optimize video scripts, viral hooks, and compelling ad copy.
Manage Automated Operations: Build, maintain, and schedule monthly content calendars leveraging modern automation tech stacks.
Direct Creatives & Community: Collaborate closely with graphic designers to direct visual assets, script highly engaging short-form content (Reels/TikToks), and oversee smart, proactive community management.
Drive Performance Marketing: Plan, launch, and continuously optimize paid digital campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
