TechNerds is looking HR Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the software development industry and its unique HR challenges, as well as experience leading HR programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent in the software development field.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and attractive to top software development talent.
  • Develop and deliver employee training programs, including onboarding, career development, and technical training.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leaders, department heads, and individual contributors.
  • Monitor HR metrics, such as turnover rate, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion, and develop plans to improve these metrics.
  • Continuously monitor HR best practices and trends within the software development industry, and make recommendations for process improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR management, with a focus on the software development industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, as well as industry-specific compliance requirements.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience developing and delivering employee training programs, with a focus on technical skills development.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and analyze HR metrics and data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team of HR professionals, with a focus on developing and mentoring team members.
