We are looking for multiple rock star SEO Specialists to join our fast-paced team. Overall, you will work closely with the entire website development team. We are very focused on accuracy, attention to detail, and timeliness. You will be asked to take the initiative on your workload, so self-motivation is a must!
This is a REMOTE opportunity. The timings are 7pm - 430 am (Pakistan Standard Time). Monday thru Friday.
The perfect candidate will examine, assess, and make changes to websites to make them show up better on search engines. This person will know how to come up with plans that can actually make websites more visible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Look at websites and figure out what needs to get better.
- Identify and develop online marketing campaigns and tools including, email marketing, newsletter marketing for RTA and its initiatives.
- Conduct local keyword research.
- Optimize website content for local relevance.
- Optimize Google My Business (GMB) listing.
- Support web development and marketing efforts including development of micro-site, web campaign, and site functionality.
- Make detailed plans for improvements.
- Create and start campaigns.
- Ensure mobile optimization for local searches.
- Track and analyze performance using analytics tools.
- Make clients' websites rank higher on big search engines.
- Have practical experience with things like on-page work, finding keywords, checking out competitors, and managing ad campaigns.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, I.T or a related field
- At least 5+ years of experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and a solid understanding of industry trends and best practices
- Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
- Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush and Ahrefs
- Proven track record of improving website rankings and driving organic traffic
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex SEO concepts to clients and team members
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
