The ideal candidates will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing them to the company's services, and guiding them through the onboarding process. You will play a key role in growing our client base and maintaining a positive brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce services.
  • Explain the benefits of our services, including website development, custom software solutions, mobile app development, and more.
  • Develop relationships with prospects, answer inquiries, and address any concerns.
  • Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly targets for client acquisition.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to refine sales strategies and client outreach.

Requirements:

  • Female candidates are preferred for this role.
  • Previous experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and a confident, persuasive phone presence.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with potential clients and understand their needs.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks.
  • A basic understanding of tech services (like website development, mobile apps, etc.) is an advantage but not required.
  • Proficiency in English is a must; bilingual candidates are a plus.
