Sales Executive

The ideal candidates will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing them to the company's services, and guiding them through the onboarding process. You will play a key role in growing our client base and maintaining a positive brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce services.
Explain the benefits of our services, including website development, custom software solutions, mobile app development, and more.
Develop relationships with prospects, answer inquiries, and address any concerns.
Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly targets for client acquisition.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to refine sales strategies and client outreach.

Requirements:

Female candidates are preferred for this role.
Previous experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus.
Strong verbal communication skills and a confident, persuasive phone presence.
Ability to quickly build rapport with potential clients and understand their needs.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks.
A basic understanding of tech services (like website development, mobile apps, etc.) is an advantage but not required.
Proficiency in English is a must; bilingual candidates are a plus.
