As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for assisting our customers with any queries they may have regarding our products and services. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be required to provide them with a high level of customer service.

WORKING HOURS – Night Shift  ( Different time slots available)

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
