Tech Emulsion is seeking a dedicated Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic on-site team in Peshawar. This role requires a strong foundation in both frontend and backend web application development, particularly within the MERN stack ecosystem. The ideal candidate possesses 1-2 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. They must demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking, complemented by the ability to integrate AI-assisted development tools into their workflow. The Full Stack Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software that meets business requirements and user experience goals. The candidate will leverage their expertise in JavaScript frameworks such as React and Node.js, along with proficiency in Express.js, to build responsive and robust features. Although this role does not involve managing a team, the engineer is expected to collaborate effectively, share knowledge, and support mentorship initiatives within the organization.
Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
Implement and integrate APIs to facilitate seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.
Manage database operations using SQL and NoSQL databases to ensure data integrity and optimized performance.
Collaborate with team members to establish and maintain continuous integration and deployment pipelines for efficient software delivery.
Utilize AI-assisted development tools and incorporate AI feature awareness to enhance productivity and code quality.
Optimize application performance to ensure fast loading times, responsiveness, and scalability across different platforms.
Maintain version control using Git to track changes, manage branches, and facilitate collaborative development.
Troubleshoot and debug issues across the technology stack to deliver reliable and secure software solutions.
Engage in team collaboration efforts, actively participating in code reviews, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge sharing.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in web development, cloud infrastructure, and AI technologies.
Assist in mentorship activities by offering guidance and support to junior developers within the team.
