We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our telemarketing team and help us connect with potential clients, promote our products, and contribute to our growth.

Position Overview:

As a Telemarketer at Tech City Products Pvt. Ltd. , you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone calls to promote our products and services. You will play a crucial role in building relationships, understanding customer needs, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
Present and explain our products or services clearly and persuasively.
Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Identify and understand customer needs to offer tailored solutions.
Maintain and update customer information in our database.
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Follow up on leads and provide feedback on campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication skills with a professional phone manner.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
