Tecaudex is looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer with 23 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of user experience principles and usability, with proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. This role focuses on creating engaging and user-centered designs for responsive web and mobile platforms. Effective communication and client interaction skills are essential to collaborate closely with stakeholders and translate their needs into visually appealing and functional designs. Although this position does not involve managing a team, it plays a critical role in contributing to the design process and enhancing overall user satisfaction.
As a UI/UX Designer at Tecaudex, you will perform detailed user research to identify user needs and preferences. You will develop wireframes and prototypes to visualize design concepts and iterate based on feedback. Applying design thinking methods, you translate complex ideas into simple, intuitive interfaces that improve user engagement. Your work ensures consistency in interaction design across various devices and platforms. This role requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of design trends and accessibility standards to deliver high-quality user experiences that align with business goals and client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to gather insights and understand user behaviors and needs.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts clearly.
- Apply user experience principles to create intuitive and accessible designs for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and clients to ensure design objectives are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement responsive design techniques to ensure seamless functionality across various devices and screen sizes.
- Utilize design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch to produce high-fidelity visual assets.
- Iterate designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and stakeholder input.
- Ensure consistency and coherence of interaction design patterns across different products and platforms.
- Stay informed on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices, and integrate them into design solutions.
- Communicate design ideas effectively, presenting concepts and rationale to clients and internal teams.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of design documentation and style guides.
- Collaborate in a cross-functional environment to align design work with business objectives and technical feasibility.
