Excellent command over English spoken/written able to communicate with Management,Clients and Tutors effectively Have a bachelor’s level degree from a reputed university Carry out interviews of foreign candidates Perform background and security checks on all candidates Build and maintain a portfolio of 150-200 tutors Carry out training of all tutors through our online system Lease with local and international universities to recruit new candidates Understand the subject demand and cater to it effectively Point of contact for customer and tutor enquires Supporting the UK Head office in general operation
Preferable skills Have 1-3 years experience in Human resource management MS Office proficiency Email drafting Content writing
