• Daily Checking of Service Center Activities; (Daily Units Receiving from Customer, Initial Inspection of Units, Checking of Warranty Documents, Estimate Preparation, Receiving Advance Payment including Transport Charges from Customer, Distribution of Units to Workshop Technicians for Repair, Issuance of Necessary Parts, Functional Testing of Repaired Units, Cleaning of Each Unit, Covering of each unit with Plastic Bags, Deliver the Ready Units to Customer or Make Telephone Call to Customer, Daily Checking of Units Received VS Delivered and Take Necessary Action, Check Service Center Safety Issues Specially R-32Gas & Resolve).
  • To allocate daily complaints and installation jobs among technicians and ASP’s (main city and nearby small city’s/town/village ASP’s) and monitor/changes in standard area list of call centre according to workload.
  • To make strong follow up with the ASPs (main city and nearby small city’s/town/village ASP’s) and technicians to control Jobs TAT, if any previous job found pending with ASP, provide possible solution to ASP or technician.
  • To check and follow up with Pending jobs with the ASPs and technicians and discuss with concern manager for solution.
  • To Follow up of jobs with ASP’s and technicians for home visit, Part Demand, Successful Closing in CRM Application.
  • To ensure the error free DATA feeding with correct model # correct serial # correct fault description, correct diagnosis, correct fault rectification, correct parts replacement & correct remarks on job card as well as in CRM (Mob App).
  • To make strong follow up with all ASP’s regarding Recovery of faulty Spare parts against warranty Complaints.
  • Visit to ASP’s if necessary for training / support.
  • To visit the market dealers and annoyed customers if required.
  • To check all system documents & records & take corrective action in case of any mistake.
  • To ensure that every staff member of the service Centre fulfills the rules and regulations of the Company.
  • To ensure that all staff members familiar with company JDs, KPIs & SOPs.
  • Rejected / Replaced / Faulty Warranty Parts required to dispatch to Main Store with proper job number.
  • All area Dealer Complaints and installation jobs must be resolved 100% Positively by Technician / ASP through Dealer Show Room Visit.
  • Follow up of each replacement / refund / dealer ledger adjustment case, should forward to service head office / concern manager and follow up till case close.
  • To Perform the Specific Task on time, assigned by manager.
  • To ensure the Monthly technicians incentives and ASP’s installation and Warranty Claim Bills of each ASP are being paid by Service Head Office / Accounts Dept. on time.
